After your massage: water, rest and gentle movement
How to keep the effect of your treatment lasting longer.
After a massage your body may keep settling. That is normal, and often rather lovely: tissues let go, circulation picks up and your nervous system shifts into rest.
Drink a little extra water for the rest of the day. A short walk or easy stretching helps prevent stiffness. Heavy training or a sauna can wait a few hours, so your body can finish the work.
Sore muscles the next day? Common after sports or classic massage. It usually eases within 24-48 hours. If it lasts longer or something feels off, let us know.
